I've been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2023, graduating from the National Holistic Institute, College of Massage Therapy in Sacramento. In this Core Program I've had over 800 hours of education and practical application of the techniques, strategies, and theory behind a broad spectrum from Eastern to Western Modalities.
I have extensive knowledge with my experience being a Certified Personal Trainer since 2009, working with bodies in movement and common health conditions that affect people's lives and the goals they want to achieve. I also have a B.S. in Kinesiology from CSU Hayward which kicked off my journey as a Health Educator and Movement Specialist.
Since the beginning, I've continued my education through courses and conferences to gain a better understanding of how my client's bodies are affected by all physiological, social, and physical aspects of their daily lives.
Soft tissue manipulation (and personal application to our own bodies) is something that I've taught my clients by teaching Foam Rolling classes and workshops as soon as I learned all about it. I believe there is a great balance that we must maintain in order to stave off unnecessary pain or discomfort which would delay a client's goals toward their health and wellness.
Through my Massage Program, not only will you receive great body work to feel better, but you'll get effective, long-term results with a more holistic plan addressing several aspects that affect how you physically feel.
My goal for you is to feel your absolute best and have the self-awareness, knowledge, and autonomy throughout your program that leads to a happier, healthier life.
